Apparently, our London Assemblyman, Tony Arbour, says he'll be asking a formal question about the 27 bus debacle - and will ask for a written reply from tfl on the matter.

I've already written to him putting my viewpoint across - i.e. don't ditch it altogether but maybe reduce frequency during non-rush hour times and keep them for rush hour. It took a lot of lobbying in the first place to get the bus extended to the Business Park and with Gunnesbury becoming more of a death trap, the 27 is about the only respite for that area.
