Or Philippa is thinking of the lady back in i think 2013-14 who scooted up and down CHR to do her shopping in Sainsburys at fast speed with no due care or attention to others and would shout at you when she comes up from behind and expects you to get out the way, even with the fact that you never knew she was coming up behind you until the last moment and would shout abuse to tell you to get out the way. Back in 2014 she nearly mowed me down on the isles in Sainsbury's. I think she eventually knocked someone quite a bit young in age over near the Roebuck and was given some kind of asbo and her mobility scooter restricted by 5mph if I remember. Think also if I remember lived in some Sheltered housing complex beside Ravenscourt park. A few threads on here somewhere back then on the lady and the ASBO In fact 4-5 years on she is still making her trip to Sainsbury's as I only just see her the other day but not so wild in the isles. Quite a plump lady who always has a big long tweed type coat on and looks really miserable and menacing in her looks but I think she has toned it down a bit. At least i think so. Beware folks.
