| I've never had a problem with pavement cyclists. The trick is not to acknowledge you are aware of their existence and 'own the pavement'. If they think they can't predict your movement they slow down and ride past you very carefully. I learnt to do this as a cyclist as it is a variation of 'owning the road' which everyone on a bike should try and do for their own safety. As for children on scooters - they are children. You just have to assume they are going to bump into you. |
