| That's a rarer phenomenon, but quite scary, as you say. I can think of one woman who thinks she's Boudicca in a chariot. But very small kids on scooters are in a class of their own as a risk to the elderly. If the pavement's crowded it's often impossible to see them before an immediate knee-twisting sidestep is required. |
