Will,

From what I can see working with Chavez is no worse than working with other oil sources but I can't see him working well with a right winger like Boris, in fact the right wing in the US have called to have him assassinated. I'm not saying this guys is a paragon of virtue but he's not a terrorist or has enslaved his population, apart from some bad political moves and the potential from some fraud. Nothing worse than say the US there then.

Comparing this guy to Mugabe just isnt possible, can't see how you can even attempt to do that.

In short anywhere there is oil there is some level of trouble, more so in the future. We have to move away from oil as fast as we can, that's the only sensible option left.
