| Merely pointing out your obsession with cyclists and that you don't hold car drivers to the same standard. I see you keep mentioning an 88 year old man hit by a cyclist the other day (I'm assuming it actually happened - one never knows with you). Here's an 88 year old man who hit a cyclist with the old "I didn't see him" and "I confused the accelerator and brake" excuse: https://www.cps.gov.uk/mersey-cheshire/news/88-year-old-man-sentenced-killing-cyclist Thoughts Maggie? Just one of those things? A tragedy for everyone and could have happened to anyone? Sentence was a bit harsh: 16 week curfew and a 3 year driving ban just for killing a cyclist. How's he going to get to the golf club now? Why isn't that all over your social media Maggie? Oh, wait, not a cyclist - he was killed by a car driver, so that doesn't help you in your campaign to vilify cyclists masquerading as concern for pedestrian safety. |
