| The government can be righty criticised for not taking sufficient action to date, but unless such fundamental shifts are achieved in the next few years, future generations face the highly probable prospect of far worse dislocation to their economy. They won't then look back kindly on us avoiding the earlier action that would have made a significant difference because we claimed such measures would be "unrealistic". |
