What does it mean for non-disabled people who need to get cabs? Presumably rather than the cab pulling over to the kerb where the would-be passenger is waiting on the pavement, they now have to stop in the middle of the road, avoiding the cycle lane, and wait until there are no bikes coming in either direction until the passenger can cross the cycle lane to get into the cab. Is that correct? |
