Claire Anyone with those conditions wouldn’t even attempt to ride a bike. But they may wish to use a wheel chair to make a journey. But as you see the pop up cycle lanes that are being installed over the country and London are stopping the disabled person from getting into a taxi. London taxis cannot enter the cycle lane to stop and pull out there ramps so a wheel chair user can access the rear of the cab. There are many independent disabled people who like to travel to and from there employment in a way that is easy for them.or just hail a cab to get you to a shopping centre. But the cycle lanes have stopped them from doing so. |
