who says its a knee jerk reaction? The pop Cycle Lanes have been added to the many non disable facilities that they have been campaigning for over the years. In My Book, a Disabled person who wants to lead a normal life as possible, has more guts than most fit people, all they need is facilities being built in to the infrastructure to enable them to travel, shop, or take a day out with the family, without having to ask someone to help them if there is a flight of stairs in the way or the item they want is on the top shelve. So at the moment the pop up cycle lanes are hindering one method of transport. get in there and sort it out, it cannot be hard. People will have to live together weather they like it or not, and one part of society cannot have it 100% there own way, without another group fighting back, which could easy lead to civil unrest. |
