| "When I once rang my British bank the Indian call centre (after checking my address) asked if my Richmond branch was in Yorkshire!" Last year a lady on the Isleworth and Brentford Area Committee reported that she phoned our Civic Centre about an Isleworth matter. "Where's Isleworth" she was asked..."somewhere near Kingston?" "O" level geography lessons aren't extensively taught these days! |
