| I am afraid this scam is active again and I have received another Iphone 6, this time with a BT contract. So far BT Customer Service and their Security Department have been extremely proactive and efficient, although they say that it may take a while to process the return due to the high volume of such cases they are handling. As I was away on holiday when the courier tried to deliver the phone (3 times), I assume the scammers were thwarted and were unable to intercept the delivery. |
