| When this happened to me O2 were very good actually, even when I got slightly awkward when their fraud department called me and I asked how could I be sure it genuinely was them and not another scammer !. Given the security of where I live (24h concierge, video phone entry system so I can see anyone calling me but they can't see me nor can they know exactly which part of the development I live in) it was rather entertaining listening to the increasingly desperate ramblings of the guy who claimed the phones were meant for him, begging me to bring them down to him etc. |
