| This happened to my elderly Father just before Christmas. Luckily he checked with me if I had ordered the phone and when the other "courier" came he sent him away "with a flea in his ear!" Vodafone sent a courier to collect and gave him a receipt, a few weeks later an invoice turned up but they had used someone else's account details. This was scanned and emailed to them, and everything was cancelled/cleared. |
