Not just Vodafone, we had a couple of O2 phones arrive out of the blue a year or so ago, followed by the inevitable phone call arranging to pick them up although nobody actually came. O2 were equally useless. Best tip is to ask to be put straight through to the Fraud department of the phone company involved. We ended up taking the phones into the nearest O2 shop and insisting that they gave us an acknowledgement of receipt. |
