| I too was the victim of this in early December and unwittingly collected the package from the courier depot (DPD in Southall), assuming it was a Christmas present I had ordered on line. I have spent several hours trying to get adequate confirmation from Vodafone that the account has been blocked so that there is no comeback to me and the necessary authorisation to return the handset, an iPhone 6, to the local shop rather than spend my life queuing at Chiswick post office. Vodafone's customer service has been lamentable throughout. |
