I don't think anyone knows for sure...  The only location served directly by both Crossrail and the Piccadilly line is Heathrow Terminals 2&3 and 4 (but not T5).  Crossrail will be replacing the existing Heathrow Connect service to Paddington so anyone going between Heathrow and around Paddington probably won't be using the Piccadilly line at the moment anyway.

There will be a service of 4 Crossrail trains per hour at Heathrow but there are about 12 Piccadilly line trains per hour at the peak so if you are going to a destination already served directly by the Piccadilly line, there is little incentive to use Crossrail instead.  Going from Heathrow to, say, Tottenham Court Rd, not much difference in terms of time.  Heathrow to Canary Wharf then Crossrail becomes a lot quicker.
