| Well done! I can fully endorse your feelings. It is an extremely unpleasant experience and [ most of the time ] need not happen We had a battle with LBE and used a specialist planning consultant who in turn instructed a specialist planning barrister. LBE were knocked for six and more and fully deserved all they had then to pay.LBE were truly hopeless.Their in house lawyer was so outgunned it was a joke . As she kept looking at the clock come 5pm u just knew she was not a class act!! To win these things you have to pay for proper professional advice and grit your teeth and FIGHT . Boring but true |
