| which Council? We won a case where we were certain we were in the right but we did invest considerable money in employing a proper planning consultant and were represented on the day by a specialist planning Counsel. This may be an expensive option but it proved well worth while particularly when we got our full costs back from the Council. If you have not been involved in this sort of thing [like us] it can be quite daunting and you need to bone up on the proceedures. |
