| I can well understand where you are coming from. We had much of that experience . Planners in local councils are often deeply concerning individuals who sadly we are all paying for .I have a theory that a huge amount of public money could be spared if a lot of the silliness of the planning process was simply dismantled.All I say is make sure your tackle is in order . I am sure your Consultants will know what to do , but if you have a public / court type hearing which we rightly opted for then I would be very happy to recommend the specialist Counsel we used who is pretty local and has his own Chambers. He cost but won . He was a class act whereas the Council were simply hopeless.Pm me for further details if u like. |
