| Thanks Adam - Thats good to know, especially re the frontloading bit you mention and that I'm unlikely to get a hearing procedure. Where there is significant history with regards to an application (2 Applications, a pre-app, presentation at both the CAF and Planning Commmittee) would you say it wise to include some/part/all of that (close to 60 - 70 pages of collateral) in the application to the Inspectorate? I have a veritable truckload of issues with the way the case has been dealth with (by the Hounslow Planning dept) and for want of presenting a clean, succint and poignant application to the Inspectorate have left all but the most pertinant parts out. |
