| It really depends on the nature of the appeal Brad, particularly the development which will be the subject of the appeal and the reasons for the refusal of the relevant application. Even though I'm a planning consultant I don't always think it is appropriate or necessary for an appellant to appoint a planning consultant, it really does depend on the specifics of the individual case, and it would be a very extreme case for me to ever consider appointing Counsel. PM me if you want with the details of the application etc. and I'll have a look at it and give you some initial thoughts. Depending on the nature of the case I may be able to take it on (I generally avoid instructions on minor domestic extensions) but either way always happy to give an initial steer. |
