I'm updating this thread and bringing it to a close.

MZA successfully presented the case to the Inspectorate who found in favor of the application and have declared it should be allowed.

Not wanting to come across overly emotive but this has been an utterly horrid, insipid and painful affair on a personal and professional level.

I've chosen to refrain from stating my view on Hounslow Planning for the want of keeping this post about the positive work that MZA  has achieved. A quick scan of this forum will reveal the overwhelming public sentiment anyways.

MZA have been utterly brilliant.  The entire organisation have been consistently and flawlessly professional throughout, have provided a steadying hand when needed and a relentless tenacity for success that would have you believe this was their own personal journey. The duration of this process extended to 18 months, throughout which MZA provided an honest, meticulous and personalised service - I can't recommend them highly enough.

In my opinion - anyone wanting planning advice would be doing themselves a disservice if they didn't at least discuss their requirements with MZA.

I also must mention that the Chiswick Area Forum were fantastic in their support, especially Councillors Sam Hearn, Paul Lynch and John Todd.  Letters of support, site visits (last minute and on a Sunday no less!) and a chance to openly discuss the merits of the case were very appreciated and its flat out wrong that the CAF doesn't have more legal recourse to influence these issues itself.

Anyone looking for more information (anecdotal as opposed to professional) is welcomed to contact me directly.
