| So a big day for Gunnersbury Park yesterday, while they got their approval for the next five years, the council have acted to slow the application process for Brentford FC. The 2027 programme is presumably already largely set so a slew of announcements should be forthcoming. The hope would be that the limitations will mean they have to be more selective and book more mainstream events like the Lenny Kravitz one planned for this year rather than niche ones like Krankbrothers. People will be more accepting of noise in their gardens if they recognise the tune and if they are giving out more free tickets as promised the proportion of the audience from the local area will rise. |
