| The astonishingly fast turnaround of the new application suggests Francis may have a point. It is a trick employed by developers - ask for more than you actually want and present it as a compromise. As has been pointed out before, the CIC can't launch a legal challenge to any refusal however, Brentford FC can so won't need to make the same level of compromises. It might end up being a quieter Summer 2027 for Chiswick if the Gunnersbury Park events are approved quickly. |
