| A corollary to Vanessa's experience is when anything tech/electronic fails. Be it trying to pay for parking by phone or doing the shopping when the processing system fails or worse, has been hacked. There exists no back-up/support/alternative. To complicate things further, you have staff (if you're lucky) who can't think outside that box to resolve the issue. |
