| All to often I find, when asked to help someone who complains that the system doesn’t work, is that the person is rushing and not following the clear instructions. The DVLA system couldn’t be easier!! And with Post Offices getting rid of standard post boxes, people will just have to get used to Online applications and stop complaining because there isn’t any alternative. I suspect that postal services will become a thing of the past too. Quite a few countries no longer have postal delivery services. Everything is by private courier. |
