| Never had any problem with renewing my passport, and last time I renewed my driving licence it was done in a few days. However, this time it's been a total failure, and there are precious few options to contact the DVLA that seem to work- and frankly hanging on the 'phone for a very long time is not one of them, life is far too short!. |
