I personally thought the cafe used to good before the current company took over some years ago. There is too much loud music and junk food now for my liking. I have thought there could be an additional cafe in the conservatory with just coffee, cakes and pastries and a small number of tables. In summer it could spread out into the kitchen garden behind. It could be delightful.
