| No, nor does it care if we had extensive lockdowns in 2020 and 2021 which lowered traffic and hence pollution. We also know the cycle lane and construction has reduced capacity of central High Road for traffic and so lowered vehicle volumes, which also lower pollution more. It doesnt care where the traffic went, nor it seems do you. |
