| This is a very busy bit of street - the main junction of South Ealing Road and Little Ealing Lane/Popes Lane. It was a very gusty Sunday afternoon. There's often a lot of traffic. That couple walking towards the junction were very very lucky they noticed what was happening and moved out of the way. The couple stopped at the lights in the car with the dashcam must have also felt so lucky! It's amazing the girl crossing from the other side seemed so unphased - I wondered whether she was on her mobile but it is too difficult to see. We were out at that time but were not walking in that direction that day! With gyms being closed there has been a lot of use of trees with people throwing straps over them in order to exercise. Trees are also being stressed by the weather and in particular many newly planted ones. If you see any stressed ones in Ealing email trees@ealing.gov.uk |
