| I think the drive to reduce the number and size of the trees in Chiswick is intended primarily to reduce the bill the Council must pay to have trees managed. But if they would remove lower branches where they are a nuisance, but let the canopy spread, it would probably serve most needs; the shade would be high and dappled, perfect for most situations, and the pollinators would have the flowers they need. |
