| Trees are extremely important from a nature perspective, photosynthesis etc,but due notice needs to get given to what has happened in Sheffield where the looney left council there has been felling trees indiscriminately and with disdain and thereby ruining a lotime, in fact too many, of quite elegant trees and decimating the landscape as well as spoiling the area. The local council is blaming Amey, their contractors, but it is the council who negotiated and imposed the contract terms. Government intervened but is powerless to stop this wanton destruction. Please don't let this lunatic council in Hounslow fall into the same trap. Trees should be retained and nurtured wherever possible unless diseased and/or dangerous. Don't trust to local party politicians alone to help,ok. Where is the petition to be found please? |
