Thames Water have a clear responsibility for clearing this blockage (and others), and as an earlier post has said, accepted responsibility for the problem on Stavely Gardens last year.  For Thames Water to continue to blame Hounslow Council is unacceptable.  Cllr Ron Bartholomew (who has the Environment portfolio on the Council's Executive) has regular meetings with Thames Water, and told me this morning that he will be raising this matter with them later this month. As he's not on-line at the moment, can you let me know if the problem is still not sorted.

Cllr Ruth Cadbury
LB Hounslow
