| Paul, is this the same sewer that got blocked in August 2003, with a similar dispute about who was responsible (your thread Thames Water Incompetence)? According to that thread, Thames Water had taken over responsibility for the sewer in 2002, but Hounslow had to dig out the agreement to prove this before Thames Water would take action. Sounds as if the same process is needed again. Hounslow's number for "emergencies outside office hours" is 020 8583 2222. Good luck! |
