I'll stick my head above the parapet by expressing the view that this thread is turning into typical nimbyism.

I can't see the connection between FOI requests and the merits of the planning application.  And each application has got to be judged on its individual merits, rather than comparing it to other existing operations elsewhere.

The standard consultation letter LBH will have circulated will explain all of the issues that are material planning considerations & what therefore can be taken into consideration, and those that can't be (eg. house prices, civil matters etc).  Sean can't really say more than that.

I should stress I'm not saying I either support the application or would want to live next door to it myself, but I'm yet to read much on this thread of any 'substance' planning wise.
