Shepherd's Bush Housing own the first property on the south side of Bath Road which I think is No. 2.  There were not too many problems when they had a resident warden but once she left there have been numerous problems.  As I understand it, they tend to fill these places with a mixture of disadvantaged people from recently released prisoners, teenagers when they are too old for care homes, etc. and there does not seem to be much support or discipline so it can become a volatile mixture of the vulnerable, criminal and those with mental problems.

You need to find out what SBH proposes and whether there will be a resident warden on site to keep an eye on things.  25 bedsits does sound too many.

Be quick in letting the Council know that you have objections because they tend to do things their own way and once permission is granted there is no going back.
