| Sadly one could contend that the evidence would suggest that following the introduction of the Streetspace Projects due to Covid19 rather than help they have resulted in Hounslow having the highest rates in London. As in the Streetscape projects have been worse rather than better in Covid infection terms. To which many detractors will say "they have nothing to do with the infection rates being much higher now" which is also equally valid and would rather prove the point too. They are all an irrational response and completely unnecessary and as the Justice said allowed Councils and TfL to think they could push through "vanity" projects without doing the right things and make them permanent when there was no support for them. |
