| That is correct, they can bring an appeal, she questions on what grounds they could and also that it has in her view little chance of succeeding. Also she was remarkably firm on making in-admissable evidence that TfL tried to bring to show that post the plan and guidance it had tried to address some of these matters, and she was very critical of their approach. Interesting to see how this develops |
