| The part of this judgement I agree with is that '..the decisions were not a rational response to the issues which arose as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.' Thus, to temporarily widen the pavements on Turnham Green Terrace would make sense as an anti-Covid precaution, but not all these general traffic management schemes that local councils have dusted down and tried to push through with government funding. |
