| The most important point in respect of CS9 is the judge’s comments regarding equality impact assessments or lack of them. Regardless of what was part of the original CS9 plan, the current version would fail EIA on the grounds of safe access for example, to bus stops, to board buses, to safely and confidently cross roads and the loss of bus shelters and seating. Whereas the downsides for those with mobility issues is obvious, that for those with sensory impairment is even worse and less apparent. |
