| It might have relevance to Hartington Road. There is no exemption for buses or taxis in the Traffic Management Order that introduced the northbound restriction "except for permit holders" on Hartington Road. However, the Bishopsgate case seemed to depend on taxis being banned when buses weren't; that wouldn't apply to Hartington Road where the restriction applies to both of them. The Thames Road restriction has a specific exemption for buses and taxis in the TMO. |
