| Agreed with Tim. This is now about exposure to future claims and resources to pay for them. Someone somewhere will be analysing the differences between dismantling and taking on future claims. With TfL in economic ruins, they will opt for the less expensive option. Unless, of course, you get Sadiq Khan yet again not apologizing for profligate waste. |
