| Back to the original post Chiswick not Barnes......Chiswick was and is a thriving community Simon along with all the other wonderful traders make Chiswick. Hounslow council clearly have no idea of what makes a thriving community its the independent shops which sets it apart. Closing TGT, fishers lane less so Devonshire road is outrageous, having lived for over 30 years north side I have seen the demise of TGT it’s totally sad. For sure rents etc have played a role but stop beating up having a car. Other than issues on the A4 I have never seen an issue with TGT. The sad fact is as tax payers we fund the idiots at the council who have no clue about community, they are jobs worth civil servants who have no clue! Simon get a petition going every single real local will sign. |
