| That's a bit over-complicated. Just close roads within the park so that you can't drive right through. It seems to be joggers that are the main threat to social distancing at the moment so they probably should be given guidance to stay away from busy footpaths. For Loraine on TfL, I'm not sure how I can explain this to you because your opinion appears set in stone. Bear in mind London already has one of the most expensive transport fares in the world. High fares are essentially a disguised tax. Other countries keep them lower with subsidies. It is totally impossible to run a mass transit system in a city like London and make a profit. |
