| Andrew Many thanks for your excellent post that describes the hurdles to achieving a car free day along CHR as well as it's negative impact on both Businesses and Residents and that to neighbouring Boroughs. Also I didn't know that Tony Smart works for TfL, and suspect many others didn't either, thus he has a vested interest and therefore not impartial. I wonder how he feels about being employed by a company that will be almost £1 billion in debt by the end of this FY ? Having said that he's quite willing to accept a further expenditure of £70 million for CS9, from a company that in the Private Sector would probably be in Administration / Receivership. Astounding ! |
