There might be a case to be made that the transport and amenities aren't that bad but you can't wish away the motorway that runs right beside the site. The developers are probably hoping that the 400 or so units will be taken by buy to let investors sight unseen as most people who visit the location would find it discouraging. They then run into potential problems particularly with Asian investors who will be more concerned about it being next to a cemetery. This is very bad feng shui and although Chinese people might not all believe in that kind of stuff they recognise that many people do and it will therefore have an effect on the value of the property. It looks set to be a hard sell. |
