Discussions between planning officers and applicants would involve a range of issues, of which height and floors would be a part. Until a formal application is submitted it would be a breach of confidence for officers to tell members what was discussed. Are you serioussly suggesting that proffesional officers would breach a paying client's confidence and their own code of professional ethics because a pushy councillor wanted information to be leaked to him/her? |
