I would say you’d need nearer £200k for all that work. You’ll spend at least £4k before you’ve even dug a hole! I’m having a smaller project done, which includes a renovation of the downstairs and a single story extension. I got several quotes through and all were on the region of £90-£100k! That does not include Kitchen, Bathroom Suite, Flooring etc! Obviously you can spend £10k on a kitchen or £100k, really depends what you want. There are lots of builders around, finding a good one can be very tricky, they can afford to be picky. |
