I realise this is a “how long is a piece of string” question but I am looking at a period terraced house that is in need of a complete modernisation (e.g. plaster, wiring, plumbing, paint, carpet, white goods, kitchen, the whole caboodle) including a loft extension and side return and am wondering if anyone who has been through this before could give me a guess of cost? I’ve been poking around online but the costs are out of date or out of West London. I am estimating £150K with reasonably high spec. Am I way off? |
